Fibreshed Producer

Flax Project CIC

Reviving the flax industry in South West UK. Bringing linen production to Plymouth and the Tamar Valley. Slow textile education.

I founded the Flax Project to contribute to a sustainable UK textiles/fibre industry – from field to fabric. We aim to become the flax processing hub for the far South West UK region and to create a local high quality linen. Through the slow textiles and flax workshops and community flax growing activities we are building a community around local textile production.
